Mr. Steven Skala AO – Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. Skala is Vice-Chairman, Australia and New Zealand of Deutsche Bank AG (DB: DBK; NYSE: DB). He is also Chairman of Film Australia Limited, Hexima Limited (ASX: HXL) and is a director of Deutsche Australia Limited, Max Capital Group Ltd (NASDAQ: MXGL), Wilson HTM Investment Group Limited (ASX: WIG), the Australian Ballet and the Centre for Independent Studies. Steven serves as Vice President of The Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research and is a Member of the International Council of The Museum of Modern Art (New York), the Grievance Tribunal of Cricket Australia and the Advisory Board of the Australian Innovation Research Centre. Steven is the immediate past Chairman of the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, and was a director of the Channel 10 Group of Companies and The King Island Company Limited. Between 1985 and 2004, Steven was a partner of Arnold Bloch Leibler, Solicitors and head of its corporate and commercial practice.  He is a graduate in Arts and Law (with Honours) form the University of Queensland and holds a postgraduate degree in Law from Oxford University.

Mr. Paul Oneile – Non-Executive Director

Mr. Oneile (B.Ec) served as Chief Executive Officer of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. from December 1, 2003 to December 31, 2008 and served as its Managing Director until December 31, 2008. Paul served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, United International Pictures (UIP) and former Managing Director of The Greater Union Organisation Pty. Limited; Non-Executive Director of Vue Entertainment Holdings Limited and Film Finance Corporation Australia Limited. He served as a Director of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. from June 22, 2004 to September 29, 2008.

Mr. Hugh Morgan AC – Non-Executive Director

Mr. Morgan is Principal of First Charnock. He is a member of the Lafarge International Advisory Board; a Trustee of The Asia Society New York; Chairman Emeritus of the Asia Society AustralAsia Centre; President of the National Gallery of Victoria Foundation and Chairman of the Order of Australia Association Foundation. He was a Director of the Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia for 14 years. From 2003-2005 he was President of the Business Council of Australia. He is also Immediate Past President of the Australia Japan Business Co-operation Committee and a Past Co-Chair of the Commonwealth Business Council and continuing Director. He is a graduate in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne and was Chief Executive Officer of WMC Limited from 1986 to 2003. He was a Director of Alcoa of Australia from 1977 to 1998 and a Director of Alcoa Inc from 1998 to 2001.

Mr. Mark Fennessy - Non-Executive Director

Mr. Fennessy is the CEO of Shine Australia, a television production business that was set up in partnership with Shine Productions. Mark was recently the CEO of Fremantle Media Asia Pacific since 2006. Prior to this and since 1994 he was the founder, CEO and Executive Producer for Crackerjack Productions before its acquisition by Fremantle.  Mark has extensive experience in the television industry spanning 27 years; he has worked as a Producer and Executive Producer for each of the large commercial television networks in Australia and was the Executive Producer for the Sydney Olympic Broadcasting Corporation.

Mr. Steven Norman – Non-Executive Director

Mr. Norman is the Managing Director of Targus Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong. He worked for Typhoon as its Chief Operating Officer in early 2007 after a distinguished 13-year career with Dell Computer. During his time in Dell he fulfilled many senior roles across the Asia Pacific Region and played an integral role in driving the high growth achieved by the organization over this period. Roles he held with Dell included Managing Director of Dell Korea, Marketing Director for Dell Asia Pacific and Director of Business Planning for Dell Asia Pacific.

Mr. Nicholas Plowman – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Plowman was a founding investor in Typhoon and became CEO in January 2003. Prior to his involvement with the company Nicholas was based in Hong Kong, during which time he worked for the US sports network ESPN, the World Sports Group, and Frontiers Capital. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sydney University.
